Prefer not to wait in for a courier? Choose Collect from hub at checkout and pick your order up from our warehouse in Leeds, usually the same day it is packed. You can also drop returns here and get your refund the same afternoon.

How to collect
- Bring your order confirmation email and photo ID.
- Large items such as vacuums are brought out to your car.
- We hold orders for 14 days.
Getting here
The hub is on the Aire Valley trading estate, five minutes from junction 3 of the M621. There is free parking at the door, and the 74 bus stops at the end of the road.
