Changed your mind? Return it free within 30 days in its original packaging and we will refund you. Faulty? We will replace or refund at any time in the first two years.

Return it within 30 days in its original packaging and we refund you in full, including the postage. Start a return from your account, print the free label and drop the parcel at any post office, or bring it to our hub.
Faults in materials or workmanship on every Brightside appliance. If it breaks within two years we will repair, replace or refund it. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear on filters and brushes.
Out-of-stock items usually return within two to three weeks. Email [email protected] and we will tell you the date we have been given by the supplier.
Yes. Every power bank we sell is under the 100Wh airline limit, so it can go in your cabin bag (never in the hold).
We do, at the same price. Large items such as vacuums can take one extra working day to the Highlands and Islands.
